We aim to get your order to you quickly and transparently across the UAE.
Want it tomorrow? Order before 8 PM
- We aim for next-day delivery on orders placed before 8 PM.
- No Sunday deliveries. Your estimated date moves to the next available delivery day.
- Free delivery from AED 120. Other options and fees are shown at checkout.
Delivery dates are targets, not guarantees. Public holidays, courier delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control may affect timing.
Order cutoff & delivery timing
Orders placed before 8 PM are aimed for the next available delivery day. Orders placed after 8 PM are aimed for the following eligible delivery day. We do not deliver on Sundays.
UAE coverage & delivery fees
We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery is free from AED 120. Any other delivery options and fees are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Tracking & delivery attempts
After dispatch, you may receive an SMS or email confirmation and tracking details when available. Our courier usually attempts delivery up to two times. Please provide a complete address and a reachable UAE phone number.
Damaged or missing items
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll investigate and help promptly.
